Blue light glasses can help users drive at night because they can reduce some of the glare from headlights, street lights, etc.

There is no blur or glare, but there is a blue tint at times. Blue light blocking glasses work by deflecting blue light away from the retina, and they do this by reflecting  incident light. This response produces a hint of blue, but only when the light source is directly in front, such as when using a mobile device or laptop. When talking to someone directly, there is no blue colour because the person in front is not the light source.
